Our Mission
We buy, borrow, or receive grills on loan and put them through real-world tests — low-and-slow smokes, searing steaks, weekend cookouts. Every score we publish reflects hours of actual cooking.
What We Test
Heat distribution, temperature accuracy, ease of use, build quality, cleaning, and value for money. We also test how grills hold up after dozens of cooks — not just out of the box.
How We Make Money

We never accept payment for a positive review. If a brand sends us a grill and it underperforms, we say so clearly.
